My Kitchen | Homey Playfulness, Brings Back Your Childhood Memories

So how was your days been like, folks?
Ours had been such a tiring and depressing days, even some people can say that this is the most depressing days and moment teenagers have to fight for. Some more can also say that this is the first and the starter of the continuous mental-test every teenagers should experience. Maybe you wonder what am I talking about? Yes, a minor thesis. *ugh*
Been so much weeks we spent over this hella thing i’ve called above, also so much time we forced to feel the so-much-hurted feeling from the ups and downs that endlessly coming to attack. We spent a couple of days individually, so that we’re sorry that you can’t saw any posts update lately, until this day when we finally roaming out again together around the city. So hello again, readers!
Winter or—well—rainy season might already have flown away in some region. Indonesia, especially, since we don’t have or maybe will never have such thing called winter. Here, in our city, rains are just coming uninvitedly everyday everytime. Mostly in—thank God—the steamy afternoon, usually until midnight or so, which the days were usually so hella freakin hot!, we even soaked ourself over sweats. Often.
Talking about rain, we guess you read so much about rained lunch getaway of ours in some post already. So, welcome to our new rained lunch themed for now also. This time in so much cute, playful and ofcourse memory-ful eatery placed just around our neighborhood!

Welcome to My Kitchen! :D

This place was—surprisingly—my past childhood house that transformed into so much cuter than it is before. I’m serious really. Some people may guessed that i lied about the house, but hey you can even shouted my name out of a passenger, “becak” drivers and an every single mobiled food vendors and guessed that they’ll say something like: “Oh, that bobby haired little girl was a professional berry & flower thief around here, together with her big groups of bestfriend!”. Oh, what a super nostalgic moment :”)
So when people were getting crazy looking for an address of this hidden place—it placed just on the center of a regency!—we were just cooly driving around without even a single hesitation and tada! here we are in front of this cute little vintagy house touched by such a magic.

Look at that snoopy and friends figurine welcoming you just in front of the gate! Nothing had been changed seriously. Just the orangey and baby green color replacing the previous white and black’s :”)

Last time we got here was like a nightmare. Two servings of strawberry and chocolate pancake were just served unintenionally (read: uncooked, soddened and too sweet) yet the drinks were also too watery and too much sugar we can’t hardly taste the original flavors but sugar all the way. So the truth is we originally were throwing tantrums and put this spot in our blacklisted places to never revisit but thanks to nature that, unconditianally, brought us back here and also to the owner that made such a huge improvisation for it.
We each ordered a serving of sauced grilled sausage and kebab and they were like sooo finger-lickin delicious even into a single pieces of potatoes and every slices of the grilled sausage! The well seasoned sauce is way too perfect to combined over the grills and, trust me i’m not kidding, even the—i believe—regular mayonnaise was toooo good to be true!! You splatter every single slices of yours with the brown caramelized sauce, dip em onto the mayonnaise and.. oooooh, you’ll definitely got your own taste heaven on your mouth!

Grilled sausage served with generous amount of potato wedges, onion rings and mayonnaise for the dipper.
Grilled kebab served with three scoops of mashed potatoes and onion rings.
We feel so much sorry for putting you in our blacklist back then :”) *bow*

Also a cup of hot moccacino and cappucino to complete our rainy afternoon over a plate of deliciousos. The moccacino was mine, and it tasted just nearly like hot chocolate. Too chocolatey, all you can taste is just chocolates instead of strong moccas.

The cutest menu book.

And wait, did i say that this is such a snoopy-ful playground already? If not, here we will lead you go on a tour!

Just too cute to be true!

It left the warmth and homey feels for sure.

Snoopy everywhere! Even the menu books stack is so cute >,<

Overall, thank you sooo much My Kitchen for magically tranformed this memoryful tiny house of mine into a playful playground and a truly taste heaven. We’re so sorry for our mistreat back then. We will come back for sure :p
